Voucher Reminder Features

Important

New extensions are processed and managed in the Returns dashboard.

The Extensions Report is only used to manage extensions delivered before January 24th, 2026. 

After an extension is delivered, the reminder settings can be updated using the Reminder option in the Action menu. 

Adjust Automated Reminders

1. Click Extensions Report.
2. Click the Action (...) menu for the extension to be edited. 
3. Click Send Reminder. 
4. Select the Send Voucher Reminder before drop-down to choose how many days before the due date the reminder will be delivered. 
5. Click the toggle to the right of the Voucher reminder drop-down to turn reminders on or off. 
6. Click Save to apply any changes made.
